When we first started looking for our first house, we were pretty lost in the process and knew we needed a good realtor to guide us in the right direction. Bill was recommended to us by our mortgage broker, and from the beginning, it was clear he was willing to do whatever it took – for however long it took – to help us find the right house. Bill is extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and patient. Let’s face it, buying a home is extremely overwhelming. Having an agent who knows the Silicon Valley market helps alleviate some of the stress. Bill took the time to listen to my wishes vs needs and only showed me properties that fit the criteria. He not only sold my home, but he helped connect with a mortgage broker who helped me secure amazing rates as I transition into a new one.

Bill was super responsive and helpful and gave us good advice. We were relocating from out of state and navigating the housing market in Northern California would have been a nightmare (not to mention even more incredibly expensive than it already is) with a less knowledgeable agent. He was able to connect us to great financing people who handled our loan quickly and got us a great deal. As a team we were able to very deftly handle several unanticipated turns of event. There were definitely points in the process where a misstep could have caused our deal to fall through, but thanks to there great team of people Bill helped us assemble, we were able to close on the first house we put an offer on, and do it in less than 30 days. 2017 update: We ended up moving back to Texas sooner than expected, only a year and a half after our home purchase. We knew we wanted to work with Bill to sell our home, and it was absolutely the right decision. We left California at the end of February and Bill coordinated all the staging, painting, and yard work to prep the house for sale. Selling a house from halfway across the country (especially st California prices) is a special kind of stressful but we knew we were in good hands. Bill kept us updated with statuses and pictures and was always very responsive to our questions when we had them. We ended up getting an offer even better than we expected and the process went so smoothly that we closed in under 30 days. We would have been seriously lost without Bill’s guidance. His knowledge and know-how gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout the process, and the end result was very positive.
We recently worked with Bill on both buying a new home and selling our existing home. He was fantastic to work with. Bill spent lots of time previewing homes, meeting us during the week and on weekends, and giving us thorough insights into every house we looked at. He learned quickly what we wanted. When it came time to purchase, he helped us write a strong offer. There was a counteroffer, and some interesting bank errors, but Bill made sure everything went smoothly with the offer, lender, and closing.
We bought first, so it was important for us to sell quickly. Bill encouraged us to do several upgrades first, which we did, and it paid off. The house showed beautifully. It was staged and the listing included gorgeous drone pictures and a 3D walkthrough. Once on the market, it sold in a week with several competing offers – even in a somewhat softening market. Bill knows the area and all the people in the industry from agents to notaries and made the process really easy. I don’t expect we’ll move again any time soon, but if we did, we’d definitely call on Bill.
We were nothing but happy with Bill’s services! I was selling from out of state and he helped make the process less stressful and go smoothly. I felt like I could leave things in his hands and he took excellent care of things as if he were selling his own home. Bill helped us to find workers to make updates & repairs at a reasonable price and he also followed through to see that the work was done and done well. We couldn’t be more satisfied.
