It was staged and the listing included gorgeous drone pictures and a 3D walkthrough. Once on the market, it sold in a week with several competing offers – even in a somewhat softening market. Bill knows the area and all the people in the industry from agents to notaries and made the process really easy. I don’t expect we’ll move again any time soon, but if we did, we’d definitely call on Bill.
